HP OpenView Distributed Management Platform is a runtime platform thatcontains all executable programs supporting runtime operation ofapplications developed with the HP OpenView DM Developer's Kit. ThePlatform also contains all components in the HP OpenView SNMP Platform(e.g., OpenView Window, IP node discovery, and map layout). As options,the Platform can also contain a full relational database for informationstorage and/or a CMIP stack. This platform will run applicationsdeveloped with either the HP OpenView SNMP or DM Developer Kits.
